2004 GMC Envoy 4.2L (I did misidentify the year in the 2
images provided with the original post). Yes, it has
variable exhaust cam timing. ALLDATA doesn't specify how
many degrees, but here is Cylinder 2 at idle [2004 GMC
Envoy, Engine/Propulsion waveform].
