check your monitors especially your cat & o2. the pcm has to see switching on the rear o2 to pass the o2 monitor. if pcm doesn't pass the o2 monitor it can't run the cat monitor. the o2 sensor only sees o2. the pcm wants to see 600 to 700 milivolts on the rear... Login to read more. ![]()
