Jim,

Assuming it's a Bosch LSU 4.2 or 4.9 sensor (a very dangerous assumption on my part:-). 1.5V should be Lambda 1. However, Bosch LSU wide range Lambda senor is a feedback sensor, so that you can also watch Nernst cell operation.
