98 Ford Escort/P0190 Fuel Rail Press. sensor malf.
I have this 98 Escort vin. #1FAFP13PXWW134109. It came in
with a P0190 code set. I checked the fuel pressure and
found it jumping from 35 psi to 75 psi. I checked sensor
output to pcm pin #63 and found 1.35v at idle and 1.45v on
snap throttle.
