I checked your 1990 Prism at Advance and A-Zone online, both call for Fram number PH4967 for the 12 valve and PH4386 for the 16 valve engine. The Geo Metro with the 3 cylinder 1.0L engine uses the PH3614 Fram or 1348 Wix filter that you installed. Login to read more.
