I'm in line right behind Dennis. I came up with the same answers. As best as I can remember, a 244 Cubic foot oxygen tank with 2000 psi of pure o2 in it weighs about 1.5 lbs more than an empty tank. The tanks weigh around 150 lbs empty. Login to read more.
