I had a ford awhile back with a code P0303 indicating cylinder 3 misfire, what I found after replacing plug and wire for cylinder 3 and still had misfire on that cylinder was that cylinder #3 was not #3 cylinder but actually #3 in the firing order. Fixing that... Login to read more.
