No, I don't think the OSHA test requirements are wrong. DC arcs easier so it would probably go thru insulation easier too. Therefore the voltage probably needs to be higher. Intuitively, I an surprised that it goes from 5,000v for AC to 20,000v for DC. That is... Login to read more. ![]()
