Well imho scanner is 1st choice for diag fuel trim codes(ie dirty/out of range MAF), but if you have an intermittent driveability problem (ie MAF signal drops out) it may not even change the fuel trim if the error doesn't occur for long enough. You can't say t... Login to read more.
