Risk of electrocution is low. The high voltage and ground wires are isolated. (Not a body ground system) To be electrocuted, you need to be part of the circuit, which means you need to breach 2 insulators with you in-between.(Not using a jaws type cutter.) Th... Login to read more. ![]()
