While I havent used it in while, a test light is a decent indicator of draw on older vehicles. a 4 watt bulb at 12v takes 300mA to light it bright. 200 will light it dim. No, you cant see 100mA or less but up until the early 90's you didnt need to see anything... Login to read more.
