Ok. Catalyst 101. Correct me if I'm wrong. The cat is an O2 storage device which uses store O2 to burn off any fuel traveling through. Since there is less O2 present after the cat than before the O2 reading post catalyst should be higher. About .5v is midline ... Login to read more.
