Hi Mickey I've never seen a fuse with contact points, circuit breaker maybe. I think it may have more to do with heat, 12 volts at 10 amps = 120 watts, 250 volts at 10 amps = 2500 watts, more heat. Just my thoughts, Bob Login to read more. ![]()
