Phil,

I'm sorry but you got to a divergent thinker here.

RPM relates to whatever you denote it to.

Camshaft RPM is camshaft RPM. Crankshaft RPM is Crankshaft RPM. If one relates to another in a 2:1 ratio then that needs to be noted.
