Interesting. I never thought of a failed IAC(sorry that is my GM training taking over). While i plugged off the IAC the counts went to 170. I think the thing is missfireing due to a lean condition. I have 1-3 kv fireing line and 1ms burn time. With a snap test... Login to read more.
