Hi James,

Just to add a couple thoughts...it's my understanding that turbo and SC engines do not use a lot of valve overlap. Since the incoming charge is under pressure at higher rpm, they can run a mild cam (econo-cam) for best idle and low-end torque. Now ... Login to read more.
