Hi Daniel

As others have stated DPFE is most likely your problem. Check voltage at idle, metal case should be about 0.5 volts @ idle. Had the same van with the same problem, DPFE volts were 1.67 volts @ idle. replaced with the updated plastic unit no more P0... Login to read more.
