I'm interested in this as well. My dakota 5.2 does this when frigid cold only, and has done so for a few years. No knocks, but it can take a while to build oil pressure, 30 seconds at times. Mobil 1 synthetic 10W30, Donaldson filters and oil analysis regularly... Login to read more.
