I have a 1998 Ford Taurus with a failed O2 heater ground circuit in the PCM. Due to the cost of a new PCM I went w/ a junkyard one. With the junkyard PCM installed the anti theft light will flash and the car will not start. I put the old one in the car starts.... Login to read more.
