Phil, have you driven this truck on the road with a vacuum gauge Teed into the EGR circuit? I have seen some Contours and E&F250/350s that don't run much EGR on an I/M trace but will on the road. If it passes KOER, there may be somethin' else going on here. Ju... Login to read more.
