I'd better correct that statement. The 3" rod on the 3" stroke would work and it also will not be at bdc for 180 degrees. It would need to be a 1.5" rod to be at bdc for 180 degrees which will not work physicaly with a crank throw of 1.5" or stroke of 3". Login to read more.
