This vehicle shows the O2 sensor as reading rich during the warm up cycle BUT the STFT active and the system is in Closed Loop.

This to me doesn't indicate that its trying to acheive Stoichiometry but rather, control the mixture at some "degree of richness" ... Login to read more.
