Re: aceptable methods for wire repair or tap in
Some may call it belt-and-suspenders, but I like to use an
uninsulated, crimp-type butt splice. I then follow up with
solder and shrink tubing. The butt splice provides the
mechanical connection and the solder perfects the
electrical connection. ![]()
