Hi Kansas, That was my first thought until (vehicle used was 89 1500 chev 5.7) I remvoed the serp. belt and the rpm came up about 700rpm but the vacuum did not change or if it did I could not see the change on an old analog type gauge, at idle I had 19in then ... Login to read more.
