I can back this up as well;Have seen p0133,1133 in many low mileage,late model cars .& that'sjust what the obd2 diag software is catching;many biased ,slow o2's are passing their monitors but faulty nonetheless. One car comes to mind especially:13k on the cloc... Login to read more.
