Hello everyone. I decided to add one more angle to the reasoning for adding a hole in the thermostat. I've drilled a 1/16" (.062") hole on most 6 & 8 cyl engines & 1/32"(.030") hole on 4 cyl stats for 15 yrs with very satisfactory results. I would not go any b... Login to read more.
