180 degrees on an MGB is a pipe dream. 192 degrees at the head (thermostat outlet) is quite reasonable. Why do you think they took the blasted numbers off the gauges on later cars if not to stop scaring people, and make them stop taking the thermostat out! And... Login to read more.
