It appears to me on start up the PCM sees the 02 stuck at 0 volts, and cts and iat high (assuming hot restart)at around frame 300 it starts increasing STFT to see if 02 sensor can see a rich mixture, which it can. At around frame 450 LTFT kicks in an... Login to read more.
