Alcohols are hygroscopic, but they alone won't dissolve sugar. Alcohols, however, being hygroscopic, attract water, humidity, etc, and there's ALWAYS some water present in the solution as a result, unless it's protected from such, as we try to do with brake fl... Login to read more. ![]()
