Carl, I'm not sure what method you're using to check the pump. I set my Fluke 98 to 200mv and 2ms per div. I also use a low amp clamp. The only reason I could imagine that you seeing a flat line with low amp draw, would be because the tank is empty or you don'... Login to read more.
