Hello Jeff. Standard ground voltage drop for an electrical circuit is 0.100V (100 mV). Set any DMM to the 2-3-4 volt range (do not autorange) but lock on to the 2-3-4 volt range and the readout says .000. This will allow voltage measurements in 1 mV increments... Login to read more.
