Without the RPM, it's hard to compare

Torque is a measured twisting "FORCE"

Horsepower is a calulated "POWER"

Force x Rate = Power

Volts x Amps = Watts

Torque x RPM = Horsepower (in our typical units: Torque x RPM/5250 = Horsepower)
