Since that final spec is a 'degree' spec rather than a 'torque' spec it doesn't matter. The last 90 degrees installs a set amount of preload, or 'stretch' into the head bolt. Once you follow the procedure there's nothing else to do, and I doubt waiting or not ... Login to read more.
