Vacuum leak effects on MAFS g/s

Can a vacuum or false air leak cause low MAFS g/s readings thus causing high or above normal fuel trim. Typically if the engine has a vacuum leak, the fuel trims would be high at idle. I know for a rule of thumb g/s on a good mass air flow sensor should read 1... Login to read more.
