Re: Why mechanical fuel pressure regulators?
Many systems now DO use fixed fuel pressure. The manifold-referenced regulator is probably a bit of a throwback to the days when electronics were not as fast (D-Jet anyone?). However, consider the simple fact that the regulator has to have a reference SOMEWHER... Login to read more. ![]()
