I'm still driving an 85 VW golf. It has 241K miles with nothing more than regular scheduled maintenances. Still has the original clutch, head gasket, alternator and starter. Doesn't use or leak a drop of oil. Ooops I forgot, I just replaced the fuel injectors ... Login to read more.
