Has anyone else had trouble with Mitchell1 over billing? This was mostly in October 2025 during an update. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me and have spent almost 26 hors on hold waiting for someone to answer since October. we had purchased their front office software in October finally got it installed, canceled it a week after instillation with a 30 day cancelation policy they have been billing $300 a month for that and saying it's under review to cancel. as a 30 year customer their customer service has really became nonexistent.
