My preference would be a 3/4 ton with all the external coolers (not in radiator): engine oil, tranny fluid & p/s.

Also I believe a 3/4 ton has significantly more authority over what it is pulling compared to a 1/2 ton. It's a personal preference thing. Login to read more.
