Nope. [2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT, Photo] This picture is the CARB EO (exemption order) number from a Diablosport Intune i3 tuner. Technically, it "modifies emissions systems" by changing engine operation. Yet it still earns the OK to be used LEGALLY on the street in all 50 sates. One can only conclude that CARB doesn't actually care THAT much about "clean air". As long as the mod companies pay them, they get their exemption.
