I remember my 68 Pontiac Bonneville with drum brakes. The first 2 stops from 60-0 in a 3 minute period was ok. The 3rd stop was questionable.

Just a thought, but the old Chevy Chevette with no power assist was GM's first attempt at anti-lock brakes.
