So my cc is about to expire, I get notification that I must renew it in order for my membership to continue.

I call the phone number that is listed on the request 1-866-428-6428 and let it ring and ring and ring.

I'm calling because I cancelled my Paid Membership on the NEW iATN.

Then this post came up:

To which I replied. And received no answer.

I'd really like to know where I stand.

The phone has been ringing during the whole time I've been making this post and prior.

Total time 15 minutes then automated system kicks in and after two attempts to try and find some one it says there is no one there to take my call.

Operation hours are stated to be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM pacific time.

Is iATN really listening?
