The blocks measured about 4" x 4" and not sure but seems like about 18 " long all wrapped in a plastic. Just took a old Rusty butcher knife ( nobody had stainless steel knives in them days) and ya would hack off a 1/2 slice chunk of cheese. Hot cast iron pan a... Login to read more.
