Bob brought up a good point. For what it's worth, if a parts store in Michigan performs a "repair" that falls under the BAR laws (most repairs do), it is ILLEGAL. I will be happy to turn them in if I catch them, and I hope others in Michigan will do the same. ... Login to read more.
