I just saw that yesterday, doing a prepurchase on an IH4700. The truck had a rubberish fuelsaver thing zip tied around the fuel inlet line, and another one after the fuel filter. The oil filter was rotting off the truck, but the fuel tank still seemed full... ... Login to read more.
