When flying out of Griffiss AFB as a civilian in a Piper Cherokee 140, we were warned repeatedly by the tower and ground crews (not to mention existing NOTAM's) to watch for wake turbulence. Standing orders were to hold for five minutes after one of those B-52... Login to read more. ![]()
