EGR passages in a 4 cylinder Honda. The plugs were drilled using a 5/32' drill and then tapped to a 5mm .8pitch thread. Using a bolt and slide hammer/vise grip setup, we yanked the plugs out. Bolts were screwed into the plugs to seal the holes. We used a coat ...
