2009 Kenworth T800, Photo
Cover plate exploded in 5 miles. Eaton 208925-25. Believe cover plate exploded taking out trans input shaft and shaft bearing retainer and gear teeth inside trans. Also note Eaton Bulletin TMIB0179.
