1998 Chevrolet K2500 Silverado, Fuel Supply Video
I found a bad fuel pump frame ground with a Load Pro circuit tester. The Load Pro is connected to your dmm and it supplies a load the the circuit to find voltage drop. It eliminates the need for headlights, jumpers and other devices to load the wires.
