This vehicle came in blowing the 10 amp taillight fuse. A fuse box was installed because there was only 4 volts supplying the relay (relay 85/86 and 30/87 supplied by the same 10 amp fuse). Relay would click rapidly when circuit breaker was inserted in circuit...
