Passed retest. Original CO%= 1.76 at 15 mph, 1.55% at 25 mph. Retest after un-sticking choke mechanism, Cleaning carb air bleeds, changing oil, replacing evap hoses (cracked), air filter and PCV breather filter, and driving one hour prior to retest.
